Virtual Receptionists further instructions

I’m surprised nobody mentioned it yet. I was expecting the virtual receptionist to have further dialing options.
Example: “For English press 1. Para Espanol marque 2”. Then if somebody presses 1, another menu: “For billing department, press 1. For technical support press 2”, etc. Once I saw the GUI, it’s like somebody crushed all my dreams at once… :cry:

This is exactly what our business needs. We need submenus!!
