Virtual Fax Works Well, But No Email Notification?

We have the new Virtual Fax up and running now and can send and receive faxes reliably, but we are receiving no notification via email or otherwise that a fax has been received. The only solution so far is to check the Ooma Office Manager several times a day. I have entered an email address in the setup for virtual fax, but it doesn’t seem to help.

And we also noticed that every time we open the settings screen for the Virtual Fax and “save” the settings, the fax number is wiped out on “manage extensions”. We have to go back into the “manage phone numbers” and reassign the fax number to the extension.

Anyone having any luck?
