Usability, Ooma Office Manager, Call Arrows

Just a potential and hopefully constructive note about the feel of the Ooma Office Manager web interface. There are these arrows that appear on several screens indicating “incoming” or “outgoing” calls or faxes. Consider making them different colors or changing the symbol architecture to reflect more concisely to the eye these two fundamentally different aspects of calls/faxes. The current black arrows are relatively diminutive and difficult to quickly distinguish.
