Telo Office Attendant within the device Cutting off

Bizarre behavior my Telo had an issue where the attendant on the base unit started cutting off her phrases before completion such as the “You have no messages” was just stating “essages” before ending. Thinking it was my unit I called support and they were unable to fix it from their end. I bought a brand new unit, and had them port over my information to the new device, lo and behold the issue has transferred to by brand new unit. Anyone else experience this behavior?
