Suggestions for additional features

I’ve requested to be moved to the East Coast server if we aren’t already on it - but it seems like there should be server information located somewhere in my profile or Office Manager portal. would you consider making this a feature?

Another feature I’d love to see implemented would be an email newsletter updating users on your updates and added features. I feel like I just see new features appear out of nowhere, like the transfer to extension in the Android app, which I desperately wanted and then it just appeared one day. I feel like I need to dig through the forums to find system updates when so many other softwares I use daily send out newsletters with their new or updated features. An email newsletter could include surveys for users to report their call quality that month.
