"Shorter ring group durations" or "Ring group waterfall with grouped users"

We have two ring groups. The first ring group is made up of two phones ringing simultaneously for two rings. If no one answers, the call is forwarded the second ring group, which includes the original two phones plus the entire rest of our office.

The thing is… there’s a noticeable gap between the second and third ring (the transition). The lowest duration I can set the first ring group is 10 seconds, but this number should really be lower.

All I’m asking for is additional ring durations of 7, 8, and 9 seconds.

A better feature would be where we can have just a single ring group (sequential instead of simultaneous)… but instead of a waterfall/ordered list of individual users… the list is made up of groups of users and the ring durations of each of those groups can be set.

For example:
Users 1 and 2 are in the first group set to 2 rings.
Users 3, 4, 5, and 6 are in the sub-group below and ring for its own number of times.

This would completely solve the issue of when the first ring group misses those first two rings… it shows as a missed call on their phones… but if the second ring group were to miss the next rings too, the first ring group would get yet another missed call added to their phone since they’re also a part of the second ring group.

Basically… it would eliminate the issue in our office where the first two phones are getting an additional missed call.
