Remote Employees

Has anyone been able to setup remote employees successfully…

I want them to:

  1. use a desk phone and be able to answer the calls.
  2. when they dial out show the main number so redial goes to the VR.
  3. be able to transfer calls when needed to other employee’s numbers

I have been able to get 1 & 2 to work by purchasing an Ooma Telo for the remote employees and using Google Voice Extensions so the dial out number from the Telo is the GV# and that is directed to our main number. The issues is with the Telo they cannot transfer calls and it is VERY unprofessional to have the client have to call back and choose a different extension…Can’t use another Ooma Office device since that doesn’t support GV…

Any options besides cancelling all my Ooma accounts altogether?
