Question about call logs on the app

I have a remote employee who answers calls that are routed to a provided cell phone. Recently I downloaded the ooma app to keep track of his productivity but I’m confused about the logs. It shows he is missing an outrageous number of calls, but it also shows he is answering calls during off-business hours (which I can guarantee he is not)
Does anyone know how reliable these logs actually are?
