Port Transfer

I’ve tried to transfer my number to Ooma for over a month. I’ve been getting rejections. My service contractor is AT &T . In talking with AT &T, Ooma have three request on the order. They(AT &T) can only respond to one. It has been difficult to get a decent reply from Ooma. I think there is difficulty determining who is doing what. I need to know how to deal with this. AT &T has given me the three requests that is in from Ooma. What do you do?
