This has been an ongoing issue for us.
We run a law firm and we do livestreams on Tiktok and Instagram twice every day on weekdays. For some reason, during the live people will say they are calling us but we are not answering. We DM them and ask for their numbers and when we check them, we do not see any record on our logs.
We moved to Ooma just this year because RingCentral has been difficult and the same issues were there as well. We are unsatisfied with Ooma.
