Outgoing Caller ID keeps resetting to Yealink handset number

I have reported this numerous times. The system periodically and randomly resets my outgoing caller ID number from my official office number to the handset phone number of my desk phone. I don’t WANT client’s to have my direct line number, plus, many of them don’t recognize the number so they don’t pickup when I call. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. Has anyone else had the same problem?
