I have had Ooma phone service for about 10 years and have never had significant (repeatable) problems with the voice quality. However, the last 2 or 3 weeks, we have not been able to use the phone because the user on the other end cannot understand us. This happens with every call. I found the same thing when I tested it myself by calling my cell phone. The outbound voice from Ooma is choppy and drops out frequently, so the other party cannot hear what we’re saying. We have no trouble hearing them; their voice quality is great.
I have remote phones, so I tried using a different corded phone, but the problem is the same. Did something change on the Ooma end recently? What can I do to troubleshoot this problem?
