This might be an unusual question, but thought I’d ask it anyway:
Looking to get Ooma Office to open a small 3-5 line call center to take in orders over the phone. I’d like to be able to log these calls instantly into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so that we can create a ticket per call and more (invoicing, bids, logging other documentation, etc.)
Are there any recommendations on a CRM that might work together with Ooma Office whereas the call info from Ooma Office interacts with the CRM software instantly for logging purposes and more? Is there any specific CRM software that Ooma interacts with?
Is there another suggestion perhaps?
