Ooma Office reliability issues

We have a small office of 3 stations where we installed it about a month ago. There are serious reliability issues where call drop multiple times a day with system error and phones have to be rebooted. The technical support quality in horrendous since the Philippines based support center staff are not very knowledgeable. Another problem with this service is that it does not allow an Administrator account that would enable me to troubleshoot and configure the office system. I had to hand it over to the office staff who do not have technical knowledge and they have spent hours on the phone with Ooma support without a resolution. Phones have been swapped multiple times but the problems persist.
An office cannot function when its phones don’t work. Should we give up and switch to another provider?
