Old white ooma hubs... are they being bricked?

I am wondering. I have two ooma hubs (the white/silver ones (pre-telo)). And I’m trying to figure out if ooma is phasing them out? Both of ours stopped working around the same time. I have tried different internet sources, I tested the power supply… no luck.

Is there something going on? At least if I know, I’ll stop banging my head against the wall trying to make it work. :slight_smile:

Can you please try initiating the factory reset sequence below? If the reset’s do not work, kindly send an email to Social@ooma.com.

Hub and/or Scout factory reset sequence:

  1. Remove the power for the Ooma device.
  2. Hold down the Ooma tab [blue light] and connect the power. Hold for 30 seconds until all the lights start flashing.
