It appears as if the programming that supports Ooma Business at this time is not compatible with the new gTLD’s that ICANN has been releasing. I currently have a .Support email address which the system does not allow for. ICANN will be releasing over 250 of these this year and over 1000 in the next few.

Open up and reprogram your email system to allow for and accept these new gTLDs. I understand that in order to make this happen. a client must call in and request on an individual basis their gTLD to be added one at a time. This will overwhelm your customer service department in the next few months/years. Many companies are having this same issue right now.
