There is already a forum for feature requests.
It’s a nice thing to have but not an easy format to keep track of or refer to later on.
Would it be possible to have either an announcement forum or a pinned post (or whatever your forum software allows you to do) where Ooma staff would post:
- New Office features announcements
- Office Bugs (identified) and (fixed).
The idea would be to have something we can lookup easily AND that we could subscribe to and be notified
when something comes up so we don’t waste time trying to figure out what’s going on when someone else
found/documented a bug and so we can take advantage of new features (or keep an eagle eye for some
highly desired features).
