Most small companies will have more than one person that can answer phones and not necessarily have a dedicated person that handles return calls. It would be great to have a voicemail box that can be accessed by multiple users and that can be listed as called or whatever. Not sure how that would work but as the “boss” I am not used to not being able to “see” the voicemails that are being recorded and also not knowing whether they are getting called back.
I second this request. Was VERY disappointed to not see this as an option, nor even really have any easy workaround to implement a General Voicemail box, or voicemail box setup for the Virtual Assistant/Attendant. Please make this a priority as it is nearly a deal-breaker for whether Ooma office can be the solution to our business phone needs.
