When you Multi-Ring a number from Ooma Office to your Cell the callers ID does not display, instead the business phone number that they called into the Office number is displayed. This method means you must answer all calls to your cell and not have the ability to see who is calling. Telo with its Multi Ring does show the callers ID. So, the technology is there, it just needs to be added to the Ooma Office.
We are working on fixing this issue with Ooma Office.
This issue has been fixed. Please report back if you are still seeing the wrong caller-ID on the forwarded / multi-ring call.
