I am not being notified on my cell phone mobile app that I am about to receive and “ooma call”… therefore I do not know if I should answer my phone for a personal call versus a business call (different greeting)
My set up:
Virtual receptionist-> simultaneous to desk phone and 2 mobile users
Please advise.
