Manually set to After Hours on irregular day

We have our Ooma setup for Business hours (830-5) and anything outside of that is our After hours which forwards everything like we want.

However, there are times (like Today) we had to close earlier than normal. We didnt want to change up the entire schedule for one day to forward the phones early, so as a quick workaround I set today as a Holiday which made it switch to After hours.

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a more proper way to manually set the Ooma to After hours.
