When one tries to send a text message to a regular Ooma number, one gets a return text message stating that the text message cannot be delivered. But when one tried to text to an Ooma Office number, one does NOT get that message. That is not good. It makes it appear that the office that you are trying to text is not responding to your text message. That’s bad for business because lots of people prefer to text instead of calling. Why can’t a similar message be returned to the sender so that they know that their text message wasn’t delivered?
Is no one else having this problem? Or am I the only one?
I just tried sending a message to my home unit and my office unit… did not get a failed message from either… maybe it’s a cell company function?
