I just found out today from Ooma customer service, that the only way to use the virtual fax in an office setting, is for the user to have admin privilege and log into the admin portal to fax.
How can this possibly be the only was to fax? Shouldn’t there be a was to create a user account with fax abilities? I am going to have to port my number BACK to my landline as a result if there is no other alternative.
Anyone else have a solution for this?
