I have a Freedom Voice toll free number that I am forwarding to my Ooma Office system. I have clients say they cannot get through when dialing this number. I have been able to reproduce it occasionally. You get to the Virtual Receptionist prompts but when you enter a number it doesn’t do anything. I just keeps sitting there repeating the greeting.
I have contacted both Ooma and Freedom Voice support and they are both blaming each other. I am wondering what other people have done with an 800 number situation? Does it work for you?
