My Office IP phone isn’t working it stopped working after the February 2nd update OOMA did. I called support and they walked me thru connecting my computer to it and pulling up the phone’s configuration page on my computer and entering new Provisioning info he then said after 30 min it should start working… well its been 5 hours and I still have no phone in the office… please help!!! hard to run a business without a phone.
Support gave instructions to enter a URL into the phone. Near the end of that url you have Ma, should be MA
