Inbound calls drop after two rings

My Ooma Telo drops inbound calls after only two rings. It doesn’t go to voice mail but just drops the call. I’ve tried resetting all of the privacy and blacklist settings but nothing seems to work. I have two other Telos in my home and am experiencing this issue with just one of the devices. Has anyone else seen this?

Take the power adapter on one of the good Telos and then use on this questionable Telo and see.

Bummer. Tried that and still no joy.


I called customer support and they were able to fix the issue remotely but it took almost an hour on the phone and they never said what they did to resolve the problem.
