How do I get a hold of soeone who can actually help me - otherwise I cancel the service and send the equipment back?

I have repeatedly called customer service about the price that I was told before I purchased the Premium service. I was charged the full amount instead of the sales price. If this cannot be resolved I will be contesting the issue with my CC company. I have called customer service numerous times and each time they said someone will email me or contact me… THEY HAVE NOT!
