Holiday Schedule and message

Monday, May 27 was set up on calendar as a holiday that our office would be closed.
The Virtual Receptionist gave the “open” message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me. I had to change the mon-fri schedule to get the close message. Checking the holiday as either “recurring” or “one time” does not make a difference.

I have another holiday on Friday. I will check to see if it works. It did nothing on Memorial Day.

The holiday schedule is currently not working. I just marked today as a holiday and did another test, but still got the open message.

We have found an issue where if you configure your business hours and holidays in a certain order, they will not be processed correctly. We have a fix that will be deployed early next week. In the meantime, please use the business hour schedule to manually implement any holidays you may have.
