Firewall Blocking Ooma?

I have the Ooma base plugged into a 48 port Meraki switch which has the Cisco ASA 5050 as the firewall. I can only get service if I plug the phone directly into the Ooma base unit. if I move it to any other office in the building; the phoen shows the extension; but says “No Service” where the name should be

You need to adjust your firewall.
