So I am part of a ring group in my company and I want the option for the calls to be sent to my personal phone incase I am out of the office. So I put my personal phone number in as an external number in devices for my extension (in addition to the port that is my office phone). But I have yet to receive a call on my personal phone when the call goes to the ring group. Do ring groups just not support multiple devices?
I’ve reproduced the problem and entered a bug.
In your particular case you can workaround the bug by changing the ring group to simultaneous, or unchecking the Enabled option for any device you’re not using in the Devicee tab.
