Every incoming call causes Telo to reboot

My Telo was rebooting on every incoming call. Support told me to purchase a new device after spending a couple of hours attempting to resolve the problem. Well I discovered it was an error I made. I was changing the call forwarding feature to always forward to my wife’s cell rather than my cell. Well stupid me, I put in the Telo phone number. Apparently this caused a loop in the device that caused it to reboot.
So programming needs to update the website to not allow other’s to make the same stupid mistake I did.
