Dropped Calls

We’ve been having a problem for the past couple of weeks where calls will get dropped mid-conversation. We haven’t been able to isolate as of yet if it is a problem with our internet link itself or Ooma Office, but whenever a call gets dropped, a quick check from a browser indicates the internet is not accessible. We have our Ooma Office base station installed at the gateway so there is nothing else between it and the internet.

I’m curious if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone has a suggestion for how to go about troubleshooting.
