I purcahsed a bluetooth adapter and in large letters on the instructions it says.Only works with premier customers". I called Ooma and they said that not accurate although it’s large and bolded, they should put out accurate infprmation.
I than tried to connect the bluetooth to a grandstream android deskphone with ethernet and blutooth capabilities and couldn’t get it to work. When I called they said the bluetooth doesn’t wortk with android based desk telephones.
Why don’t you guys just be up front and print accurate instructions and let the customer know the restrictions like not working with android based desk phones. That’s a pretty huge piece of info to leave off. Going back to Vonage
So what am I supposed to do woth a $260 phone that doesn’t work because you guys weren’t up front with your customers
