Cisco SPA 303 (Keeps Rebooting on its own)

I have tried calling many times to resolve the issue regarding my IP phone keep resetting itself randomly. It occurs about 5-10 times a day and it is really affecting my business. Every time I called, I was escalated to the higher leveled tech. Each and every time, the techs indicated that OOMA was aware of the issue and is working to resolve the matter. It has now been 4 months. It still randomly loses connection/reboots on its own EVERYDAY. I really feel that it may be defective unit, but no one from OOMA acknowledges this. They just keep telling me “OOMA is aware of the issues.”

Is anyone else experiencing this problem or is it just me?

Can OOMA just send me a new ip-phone?

We’re working to resolve this issue. You can workaround the problem by regularly checking your messages, either marking them read or deleting them. However I see you have voicemail notification enabled with mark-read-after-notify checked so shouldn’t be getting any messages in new state.
