I get the dial tone when I call out but I can’t hear the person I’m calling. When they call here, they can hear me but I can’t hear them. I’ve restarted the Ooma Office device but it didn’t help. What else should I do?
If your connection is modem-router-Ooma, try connecting modem-Ooma-router. If the modem-Ooma-router connection works, then the router may be blocking one of the ports required by Ooma.
