Call Screening not working

I am a Premier customer and have no other devices connected to my Telo other than my phone. When a call comes in and goes to Voicemail I can not answer the call during the message being left. This eliminates my Call Screening feature. I have checked my settings and don’t see anything related to this. I haven’t been able to find anything on the Forums either. Has anyone had this problem or am I just missing something simple :question:

You mean you cannot hear the caller over the telo speaker?
Can you hear volume levels spoken over the telo speaker when moving volume up?
