Blacklist and Whitelist

I need Blacklisting and Whitelisting. There is no rational reason to not provide this as an option, just like it is available as an option on Ooma Home.

I called the Support phone number today and asked about Blacklisting. Your LAME support person gave the ridiculous line that nobody using the Business system wants Blacklisting. I told him that this was an absurd statement.

He told me that the Ooma Engineers pay attention to the Forum posts and add features when they see a need.

OK Engineers… there is a need. What are you waiting for? Why haven’t you provided blacklisting before now?

IP phone support had higher priority.
