We have had Ooma office for quite some time now and have generally been pleased with the service. However, all of a sudden we are unable to send faxes (we can receive them no problem). When we send faxes, it dials out, shows it is connecting, then goes into retry mode and this repeats until ultimately the fax transmission fails, which makes it appear it is the receiving end that is the issue. However, it does not matter what telephone number, what time of day, size of fax, etc, our faxes are just not going through anymore.
